Want to get started but have a few questions?

Are you an in-person trainer?

Yes! I train out of 614 Barbell-Grove City. But, we can arrange Zoom calls, in-house training, or outside training when the weather is nice.

What does the consultation consist of?

After you book a consultation/call, I will send you a questionnaire to fill out. When we meet for the first time whether that be a call or in-person visit, we will go over those answers and come up with a plan to start your journey.

What do your packages look like?

I sell packages in lump sums of 1 session, 5 session, 10 session, and 20 sessions. You can use these sessions at any time.

When do you have workouts available?

I am currently in physical therapy school, so my mornings and afternoons are usually booked so I tend to have sessions in the evenings. But this semester, I don't have class on Fridays so I'll be free past 8 am.
