Formed Fitness is led by Hunter — a Doctor of Physical Therapy student at Ohio State, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Certified Personal Trainer based in Columbus, Ohio.

Most personal trainers can help you get stronger. Fewer can tell you why your shoulder hurts when you swing a golf club, or explain exactly what's happening in your lower back when you play 18 holes and can barely walk to the car afterward.

Hunter's background bridges that gap. The DPT curriculum at Ohio State trains him to understand movement at a clinical level — diagnosis, biomechanics, tissue loading, pain science. His CSCS credentials give him the performance programming side. And as a golfer himself, he understands what it actually feels like to want to play better without being sidelined by something that should be fixable.

Every program and client relationship starts from the same place: an honest assessment of where you are, a realistic picture of what's possible in 12 weeks, and a clear path between the two. No guesswork, no generic plans, no overselling what training can do.
